Who can take the courses?
A: Anyone. These courses are designed with both the civil and criminal enforcement professionals in mind so they are not limited to any specific group. The training is focused on the state, local and tribal levels.
How much does it cost to participate?
A: Nothing. Currently, there is no fee for registering and taking the online courses. There may be a small fee charged for the hands-on training which will be indicated in the course description.
Do I have to complete the registration process each time I take a class?
A: No. Once you are registered, you can take as many courses as you want without undergoing the process of registration each time. However, separate registration is required for hands-on and cohort training.
Who takes hands-on training courses?
A: The same participants as those that are taking the online courses.
Do I have to be a registered user to utilize the resources and links on the website?
A: No. The Project EnCriPT website is designed to be useful not only with online training, but also as a resource tool for all professionals. It can provide useful links, current news feeds, state agency information, and much more.
What if I have a story or case that I would like to share for the website?

May I make suggestions for future online course topics?

What if I have trouble logging into Blackboard?
A: Make sure you are using the correct URL. If on the correct URL, check your browser; try exiting your browser and opening it up again. If you are still having trouble, contact the program manager, Andrea Hoke.
What if my username and/or password is not working?
A: Your username and password are both case sensitive. If you are still having trouble, contact the program manager, Andrea Hoke.
What if I am having difficulty printing my certificate?
A: First, make sure you "print preview" to make sure the certificate is accurate. Also, do not right click to print. If your attempt fails, please contact the program manager, Andrea Hoke.
